Job Description

Salary: $135,200 - 145,600 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; the posting also lists a bachelors degree as required.
• Three to five years of experience with UKG Pro WFM.
• Three to five years of experience with Boomi.
• Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager; three to five years of Kronos WFC experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Lead integrations from requirements gathering through design, development, unit testing, and deployment support.
• Develop and support integrations using Boomi, UKG Pro WFM, and Kronos Workforce Integration Manager.
• Maintain design documents and communicate issues clearly to developers and business stakeholders.
• Track assigned work in Jira and provide regular progress updates.
• Attend twice-weekly working meetings and biweekly team meetings covering project status, company updates, and upcoming work.

We are rolling out UKG Pro as our new payroll and timekeeping platform globally. In this role, you will work with a team of approximately eight configurators and developers and partner with technical and business contacts across multiple countries. The position pays $65–$70 per hour for an expected 40 hours per week, with in-person work.
