Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x10s (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) | Weekend shifts required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs for inpatient populations
• Facilitate the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing functional status of hospitalized patients
• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary care coordination
• Manage a caseload of approximately 6–8 patients per day
• Perform administrative duties and participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or higher
• Active Arizona OT licensure required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of occupational therapy experience, or demonstrated ability to function independently
• Ability to work a 4x10 schedule including weekend shifts
• Expected weekly hours: 36

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient occupational therapy experience
• Familiarity with MedHost EMR/documentation system
• Experience managing an independent caseload in an acute or inpatient setting
