Full-Service Restaurant | Danville, VA
Are you a proven restaurant leader looking for an opportunity with a respected franchise organization? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a successful full-service restaurant in Danville, Virginia.
No Bar! Day shifts!
What You'll Do
· Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
· Recruit, train, develop, and coach team members
· Drive guest satisfaction and community engagement
· Manage labor, food costs, and operating expenses
· Maintain exceptional food quality, sanitation, and service standards
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
· Experience managing annual sales volumes of $1.5M to $2M
· Strong leadership and team-building skills
· P&L management and cost control experience
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $69,000 - $75,000
Comprehensive Benefits Package
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Primarily Daytime Schedule
